Requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, requests must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Mistakes on our part are covered at our expense.

If an insufficient address is provided, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for the reshipping costs once an updated address is confirmed.

Unclaimed shipments are returned to our facility and you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, except for customers in Brazil who must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as face masks, for health or hygiene reasons.

Since we work with Print On Demand, every product is printed, embroidered, or created on demand and according to the personal specifications provided by the customer, such as size. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds if the customer changes their mind, no longer wants the selected size, or prefers a different one. We do not work with stock items, and recreating the product would require a completely new production. This policy also helps reduce waste and protect the environment.

We therefore recommend choosing the size carefully by following the guidelines provided under each product, where a detailed measurement chart is available with instructions on how to measure yourself correctly and check the sizing before purchasing.
